Due to the strengthening of the information security function and increasing requirements for data protection, Koinoti Nav is opening a position for a Lead Cybersecurity Specialist.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the Company's information and cybersecurity

2. Responding to information security incidents and participating in their investigation

3. Identifying and analysing threats, vulnerabilities, and risks

4. Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with information security policies

5. Conducting audits and assessing the security of IT systems

6. Collaborating with the IT department and business units

7. Monitoring compliance with data protection requirements

8. Preparing reports on incidents and the level of security

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher education in IT or Information Security

2. At least 4 years of experience in information security

3. Practical experience in handling information security incidents

4. Understanding of key threats and protection methods

5. Experience in developing and implementing information security policies

6. Understanding of data protection principles and business processes

7. Ability to analyse risks and make decisions

8. Proficiency in Tajik and Russian (English is an advantage)
