Lead/Principal Specialist, Finance and Economics Department

📌 The Finance and Economics Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring a Lead/Principal Specialist for the Finance and Economics Division.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Preparing management reports and presentations for senior management

2. Monitoring the implementation of financial plans and contributing to the optimization of financial performance

3. Preparing budgets, forecasting cash flows, and conducting regular financial analysis

4. Analyzing the company’s financial and economic performance

5. Collecting, processing, and analyzing data across the company’s and departments’ key business areas

6. Participating in budgeting, monitoring budget execution, and controlling expenses

7. Initiating and proposing measures to optimize costs and improve resource efficiency

8. Monitoring the accuracy of accounting and legal reporting

❗ Requirements:

1. Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting

2. 2–3 years of experience in financial and management accounting

3. Experience in audit and cost calculation would be an advantage

4. Experience working with business process management systems is welcome

5. Fluency in Russian; English language skills would be an advantage

6. Knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP would be a plus

7. CAP/CIPA certification or relevant professional training in accounting and finance

8. Confident user of MS Office, including Excel formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint presentations

9. Knowledge of the Tax Code and Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan
