Planning and Technical Department Engineer (PTO Engineer)

📍 Location: Dushanbe

🔹 Due to the launch of a new construction business area and the implementation of large-scale projects, ZIRVA Construction Company is inviting a PTO Engineer to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who will ensure high-quality support of construction projects, control work volumes, maintain as-built documentation, and prepare technical reports on time.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Developing and updating construction work schedules

2. Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring as-built documentation for construction projects

3. Reviewing design and working documentation and analysing design solutions

4. Calculating completed work volumes and monitoring their compliance with design documentation

5. Preparing completed work certificates and technical reports

6. Maintaining registers of as-built documentation, contracts, and technical correspondence

7. Supporting contract documentation related to construction operations

8. Monitoring compliance with work schedules together with construction site managers

9. Interacting with Foremen, the Chief Engineer, technical supervision, and contractors

10. Preparing analytical reports on project progress and promptly informing Management of any identified deviations

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher education in Industrial and Civil Engineering

2. At least 4 years of experience as a PTO Engineer

3. Practical experience in supporting construction projects at all stages of implementation

4. Excellent knowledge of as-built documentation and procedures for preparing completed work certificates

5. Strong ability to read design, working, and cost-estimate documentation

6. Experience in calculating work volumes and monitoring their compliance with design solutions

7. Confident knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel

8. Knowledge of construction standards and requirements of regulatory and technical documentation

9. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work

10. Experience in the construction of commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage
