ZIRVA Construction Company is Looking for a Construction Site Manager!

We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively organize on-site operations, manage construction teams and contractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and supervise construction activities on-site in accordance with project documentation, construction drawings, and approved work schedules.

2. Plan daily activities, assign tasks to construction crews, and monitor their performance.

3. Ensure that construction work is completed on schedule, in compliance with technical requirements and quality standards.

4. Monitor the efficient use of construction materials, equipment, tools, and labor resources.

5. Maintain records of completed work, verify actual work quantities, and ensure the timely preparation and submission of required construction documentation.

6. Coordinate the activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and relevant technical specialists.

7. Monitor the availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site, and identify additional requirements in a timely manner.

8. Identify deviations from project schedules and technical specifications, and take prompt corrective action.

9. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and site discipline.

10. Collaborate with project management, engineering and technical teams, and other departments to ensure the effective coordination of construction operations.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

1. A vocational qualification or higher education degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or in a similar supervisory role.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and work sequences.

4. Ability to read and interpret project documentation, construction drawings, technical specifications, and working drawings.

5. Good understanding of construction site operations, work planning, and schedule management.

6. Proven experience in supervising construction crews and coordinating contractors.

7. Ability to monitor and control work quantities, quality standards, and project deadlines.

8. Understanding of construction material inventory management and consumption control.

9. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.

10. Proficiency in computer applications; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with construction documentation will be considered an advantage.
