KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is looking for an Accountant-Cashier - a responsible and detail-oriented professional who will ensure accurate handling of cash transactions, proper maintenance of financial documentation, and timely recording of transactions in the 1C accounting system.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and disburse cash in accordance with established procedures.

2. Prepare cash receipt and payment vouchers, as well as other cash-related documents.

3. Maintain the cash book and record cash transactions in the 1C accounting system.

4. Ensure that actual cash balances match accounting records.

5. Verify the accuracy of primary accounting documents and ensure that all transactions are supported by the required documentation.

6. Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and prepare relevant reports in a timely manner.

7. Perform basic accounting tasks within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

8. Process, organize, and ensure the proper storage and safekeeping of primary accounting documentation.

9. Reconcile cash balances and identify any discrepancies.

10. Coordinate with the accounting department and responsible employees of the construction division on matters related to transaction documentation and accounting.

❗️ Candidate Requirements:

1. A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2. Previous experience as an Accountant-Cashier, Cashier, or Accountant in a similar role.

3. Practical experience working with the 1C accounting system.

4. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and an understanding of primary accounting documentation requirements.

5. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and the preparation of cash-related documents.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a confident user level.

7. Ability to work accurately with cash, financial documents, and numerical data.

8. Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and performing calculations.

9. Willingness to work with documentation specific to the construction industry.

10. Knowledge of applicable accounting regulations and cash transaction requirements in the Republic of Tajikistan.
