Due to the expansion of the HR Department of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies, we are opening a vacancy for a Lead Recruitment Specialist.

❗️ We are looking for a strong HR professional who can effectively build recruitment processes, successfully fill vacancies of varying levels of complexity, work with analytics, and act as a reliable HR partner for the Company's Management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Organising and managing the full recruitment cycle for positions at various levels (line-level, office, management, and hard-to-find specialists).

2. Developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies using modern recruitment tools (job boards, LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Executive Search, social media, referrals, etc.)

3. Conducting professional interviews, comprehensive competency assessments, and preparing expert candidate evaluations

4. Collaborating with Department Heads on vacancy profiling, labour market assessment, and selecting the most effective sourcing strategy

5. Organising and supporting all stages of the candidate selection process through to the candidate's start date

6. Building and developing an external talent pool for key business areas

7. Analysing the effectiveness of recruitment channels, monitoring the labour market, salary levels, and the competitive environment

8. Maintaining HR analytics and preparing regular recruitment performance reports

9. Participating in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and implementing new candidate sourcing and assessment tools

10. Representing the Company at career events, job fairs, professional communities, and educational institutions

🔹 What We Value in a Candidate:

1. Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields

2. At least 3 years of practical experience in recruitment, including hiring specialists at various levels

3. Proven experience in successfully filling complex and management-level vacancies

4. Practical experience using modern candidate sourcing tools (Head Hunting, Executive Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

5. Skills in competency-based interviewing and comprehensive candidate assessment

6. Experience working with HR analytics, reporting, and key recruitment performance indicators

7. Advanced proficiency in Tajik and Russian; English proficiency will be an advantage

8. Confident knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; experience working with ATS/CRM systems will be an advantage

9. Strong communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders

10. High level of personal maturity, systematic thinking, proactivity, responsibility, discipline, and a strong focus on achieving results
