🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales and ensure achievement of planned targets

2. Develop the pharmaceutical business in the local market

3. Manage a team of medical representatives, managers, and regional employees

4. Promote the Company’s product portfolio

5. Analyze the market, competitors, customers, sales channels, and growth opportunities

6. Cooperate with partners, distributors, and key clients

7. Monitor discipline, quality of work, reporting, and team performance

8. Prepare management insights, proposals, and recommendations for the Head Office

9. Represent the Company’s interests in the international market

1. Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales, promotion, and market development

2. Experience in team management and responsibility for overall team results

3. Understanding of KPIs, plan-vs-actual performance, customer base management, and promotional activities

4. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the market, competitive environment, and potential risks

5. Ability to set clear tasks, monitor execution, and develop employees

6. Strong negotiation and communication skills

7. Responsibility, discipline, and emotional resilience

8. Strategic and systematic thinking with the ability to make well-balanced management decisions
