🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement brand strategy

2. Prepare the annual marketing plan

3. Define product positioning

4. Manage the product life cycle

5. Conduct market and competitor analysis

6. Assess market potential

7. Monitor market share and sales dynamics

8. Analyze customer and physician behavior

9. Develop and implement new product launch strategies

10. Coordinate product launches with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams

11. Manage the product registration and launch process

12. Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns

13. Develop marketing materials

14. Organize conferences, seminars, and other events

15. Manage digital and omnichannel communications

16. Prepare training materials for medical representatives

17. Participate in field visits

🔹 What We Are Looking For:

1. University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, Economics, or Business

2. MBA is preferred

3. 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing

4. Experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

5. Experience in brand or portfolio management

6. Experience in launching new products

7. Strong skills in marketing strategy development and pharmaceutical market analysis

8. Experience in managing marketing projects

9. Budget planning and control skills

10. Strong presentation and communication skills

11. Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities

12. Leadership and project management skills

13. Ability to work effectively in an international environment

14. Fluency in Russian; additional languages are an advantage

15. Willingness to relocate

16. Experience working in international markets

17. Ability to adapt global strategies to local markets

18. Experience in training and developing local teams
